How Batch #1 works
01 You pay $99 plus shipping today. That holds a set in Batch #1, and the app comes with it.
02 About two weeks before the batch ships, we email you to confirm your address. That email is also your last call to cancel.
03 Addresses lock 48 hours after that email so the warehouse can pack. Your set ships and we send tracking.
Using the app before your coasters arrive
Your Table Set includes the full NexTurn app, and we turn it on as soon as your order is paid rather than making you wait for the hardware. It is keyed to the email address you enter at checkout, so use the one you already sign in to NexTurn with, or the one you intend to use. No account yet? Create one with that same address and the app unlocks the moment you do. If you type the wrong address, email support@nexturn.app and we will move it.
Battery and charging
A coaster only lights on its own turn, so one charge covers about 20 hours of gameplay at a table of four. Bigger tables and bluer colors run longer still, and full white drains fastest. Charges over USB-C with the included cable, from a computer or a USB wall adapter (adapter not included).
Playing with more than four
Set a coaster to two players and it sits between them, lighting up in each color on their turn. Anyone without a coaster joins with a code, and their phone becomes their turn device. No account needed to join.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time before your address locks and we refund everything you paid: product, shipping and tax. About two weeks before your batch ships we email you to confirm your address, and addresses lock 48 hours after that email so the warehouse can pack. Cancel from your account on this store, or email support@nexturn.app from the address on your order. After your address locks the order is in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it once it arrives.
Shipping and returns
Batch #1 ships to US addresses only. Shipping is $7.50 on orders under $75, $10 up to $150, $15 up to $500 and $20 above that, figured on the subtotal after any discount code. Once it arrives you have 30 days to return it for a refund. Email support@nexturn.app for a return authorization before sending anything back.
Photos show working prototypes. Production coasters will carry the NexTurn logo in the cup, and color and texture may vary slightly. We will update these photos before Batch #1 ships.
