Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from the NexTurn online store (shop.nexturn.app), operated by Drop the Dice LLC. Use of the NexTurn app and devices is additionally governed by our Terms of Service at nexturn.app/terms, which include the hardware warranty.

1. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel orders for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory shortfall; if we cancel, you receive a full refund of everything paid.

2. Preorders and batches. Devices are sold in numbered batches. A preorder is a purchase — not a pledge, deposit, or crowdfunding contribution — charged in full at checkout, belonging to the batch shown at the time of order with that batch's posted estimated ship window. Ship windows are good-faith estimates; if a window changes, we will notify you by email with the option to cancel for a full refund. You may cancel any preorder for a full refund until your batch's address-lock date, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

2a. Included app access. A Table Set includes access to the paid features of the NexTurn app. We enable it for the email address on your order when the order is paid; use of the app is governed by nexturn.app/terms. This access is part of the purchase and ends if the order is cancelled or refunded. Single coasters do not include it.

3. Batch pricing. Each batch has its own posted price. The price at the time you order is the price you pay; later batches may be priced differently, and price changes don't affect orders already placed.

4. Payment. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and charged in full at checkout, including the flat shipping rate and applicable sales tax.

5. Shipping & risk of loss. See our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address confirmed at address lock.

6. Warranty. Devices carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from date of delivery, per nexturn.app/terms. Except as stated there, products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drop the Dice LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
